Traditions carry on! These creative pancakes are a variation on a theme from years past . My children and now my grandchildren look forward to making special toast in the morning to celebrate the day. Whether it is "Happy Birthday" , "Good Morning" or "Smiley Face" toast we use a plastic press to make the design on the bread. My creative daughter has taken this tradition to a whole new level with designs using pancake batter. Her children's day was begun on the First Day of School this year with this creative and happy send off!
